Five speaker announcements in, and there’s still more to add to the SHIP 2026 conversation.

• Anne Booty // Music supervisor for Oscar and BAFTA-winning films with experience spanning commercial campaigns, artist A&R, and catalogue management.
• Borna Šercar // Percussionist, composer, and Artistic Director of JazzHR with a career spanning major orchestras and multi-award-winning ethno-jazz projects.
• Damjan Blažun // Mixing engineer and music and vocal producer with two Grammy-nominated projects, currently working for global superstar Omah Lay.
• Eugene Galushchenko // Music industry veteran and entrepreneur with 20+ years of experience spanning global in-store music licensing and boutique sync agency operations.
• Ivana Dragila // Musicologist with extensive experience spanning music business journalism, international event infrastructure management, and live experience design.
• Joe Burgess // Producer, musician, and mixing engineer working along industry leaders, contributing to music by Sabrina Carpenter, Ed Sheeran, and Charli XCX.
• Kath Butler // Booking agent working within the WME team on clients like Alice in Chains, while also serving as the territorial agent for Croatia and the wider Balkans.
• Kristina Delfin Kanceljak // Managing Director of HUZIP and board member of AEPO-ARTIS specialising in media regulation, intellectual property and creative industries.
• Lena Obara // Music supervisor, musicologist, and music publisher with 20+ years of international experience across film, TV, and advertising industry.
• Lia Mansola // Senior Manager Label and Artists Partnerships at The Orchard, with previous management roles at Warner Music Greece and BMG Greece.
• Maja Vidmar Klarić // Executive Director of Croatia Records and former Director of ZAPRAF, with expertise in copyright, rights management and the recording industry.
• Martin Sutton // Platinum-Award winning songwriter and record producer with 33 years of experience in the music business working with global major-label artists.
• Maša Pavoković // PR, strategic communications, and music management professional with nearly two decades of experience, currently co-running LAMA Music Agency.
• Oleksandr Volkovintsev // Music manager, entrepreneur and co-founder of Geisha Ninja Samurai focusing on artist development, international strategy, live music, synchronization, and cultural partnerships.
• Raquel Bettencourt // VP of Music Supervision and Communications at Wracket Music Supervision, leading marketing, business development, and client relations.
• Rhian Daly // NME Music Editor and prominent voice in British music journalism, with a keen interest in global music scenes, specialising in indie, pop and K-pop.
• Sara Kopač // Account Manager at Entrio Technologies who handles ticketing operations and event technology for major international festivals and conferences.
• Silvij Skok // Core member of the Glitterbeat Records team, contributing to its multiple WOMEX Label Award wins, with a background as a DJ, club promoter, and journalist.
