MEET MUSIC SUPERVISORS & SYNC AGENTS: FAST TRACK TO SYNC (SPEED NETWORKING)

Getting your music on screen starts with the right connections. This curated speed networking session connects you directly with music supervisors and sync agents, the people behind placements in film, TV, advertising, games and beyond. Looking to expand your opportunities through sync? Meet industry professionals, introduce your music and start building the relationships that could lead to your next screen placement.

To participate in the speed networking session, you need to register in advance by filling out this form. Registrations are open until September 7th 2026. The number of participants in each session is limited.

We want to offer the opportunity for speed networking to as many of you as possible and at the same time make matching as meaningful as possible. Therefore, we ask you to select your priority list of the booking agents you want to meet (max 7 choices). Depending on your choices we will try to make best possible ‘matchings’.

Speed network participants will be selected by SHIP organisers and notified by September 9th, 2026. Each selected participant will receive his/her personal schedule of meetings.

A valid PRO-PASS ticket is needed to participate in the Speed Networking sessions.
