Topic info: The music industry runs on passion, but also on long hours, unstable income and constant pressure to always be available. For many, burnout isn’t an exception, it’s part of the job. But who gets to survive it, and who gets pushed out? Beyond mental health, the conversation also extends to diversity, inclusion and equal access to opportunities, recognising that not everyone experiences the industry in the same way. Bringing together voices from across the music ecosystem, this panel explores what needs to change to create a healthier, fairer and more sustainable music industry for everyone working in it.
