SHIP LINEUP RESHUFFLE: 50 ACTS READY FOR ŠIBENIK, WHO’S IN AND WHO’S OUT?
8 stages, 50 acts, around 100 speakers and 4 days to catch what’s new, relevant and moving across the regional and wider European music scene. With less than a month to go until SHIP 2026, the lineup is getting its final reshuffle ahead of the full festival schedule.
Unfortunetely, Turkish Kebap, Easy Freak and Eva B. Csonka will no longer be able to perform at this year’s edition. Stepping into the lineup are Svemirko, TRAMM Trio and Hét Hat Club, three very different additions to this year’s selection.
From Croatia comes Svemirko, whose distinctive retro synth-pop has built a strong following across the region. Over nearly a decade and three albums, the project has gone from the indie circuit to sold-out shows from Ljubljana to Skopje, becoming one of the region’s most sought-after live acts. This September marks Svemirko’s first appearance at SHIP Festival.
Joining from Azerbaijan, TRAMM Trio present “Conflict of Generations”, a project built around two generations of musicians shaped by very different realities. Behind the Iron Curtain, Rahman Mammadli brought traditional Azerbaijani mugham to the electric guitar, while his son Tural grew up in independent Azerbaijan, open to global musical influences. Together with Elnur Aliyev, they bring the same musical tradition told from different generational perspectives to SHIP.
From Hungary comes Hét Hat Club, an international collective formed around a decade ago when travelling street musicians crossed paths. From European streets they made their way to stages across North, Central and South America, gathering influences and folding them into Hungarian and Carpathian-Balkan musical traditions along the way. They call the result gyp-hop, maneleton and turbo folk jazz, and perform in five languages.
These three names complete the music lineup for 10–13 September, but there are a few more festival rarities worth making the trip to Šibenik for. “Potopi ovaj brod” brings IDEM aboard a boat for an exclusive show in front of just 100 people, while KEXP’s Kevin Cole returns to SHIP to present a very special vinyl release created in collaboration with Ured za izvoz glazbe Hrvatska/We Move Music Croatia.
The full SHIP schedule is coming soon. Until then, make sure you’ve got your place in Šibenik. Tickets and PRO passes are available via Entrio.
